Seasons of Grief
Seasonal Grief Rituals are gentle, online gatherings that mark the natural turning points of the year
Grief doesn’t follow a straight line or a timeline.
It moves in cycles - sometimes loud and present, sometimes quiet and woven into the background of our days. Often, it shifts alongside the seasons, even when we’re not consciously aware of it.

These rituals offer space to pause at those seasonal thresholds.
Not to fix or resolve grief, but to listen to it.
To notice where you are.
And to find support in the place you’re standing.

Each ritual is shaped by the quality of the season it marks.
Some focus on listening, others on rest, orientation, or gentle tending.
All are grounded, invitational, and designed to meet grief as it is - without pressure to move on, make meaning, or find silver linings.

Seasonal Grief Rituals are for all forms of grief, including:
-
the loss of a loved one
-
identity and life-stage grief
-
the quiet accumulation of unspoken or unacknowledged loss
-
grief that feels hard to name, but present nonetheless
These are not therapy sessions, and there is no expectation to share.
You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are.

You can join one ritual, or return across the seasons - each season stands alone, while also forming part of a wider, cyclical journey.
What you’ll need:
Just a piece of paper and something to draw or write with — pens, pencils, or markers. No art experience is needed, only a willingness to sit with your grief for a little while.

How to join:
Seasons of Grief is offered as a live online session.
Each gathering runs for about 90 minutes.
Introductory Price - $10 pp
