What to Expect?
I use a gentle coaching style, aimed at guiding you to your own truths by holding a safe space for you to be completely honest with yourself. The coaching is aimed at helping you to tap into your own intuition and how to turn that intuition into an actionable plan. I strongly believe that we hold most of the answers within ourselves, we just need the space to talk it through, and have a knowledgeable guide to show us the way and stay on course.

How a coaching series works
​
Initially, a questionnaire will be sent to be filled out before your free connection call This is to help you to start contemplating the most important issues for you in the now, and to help me understand where you are right now.

We will then have a free connection call (usually 30 minutes) to work through the questionnaire and ensure that we are the right fit for each other.
​
The initial session session will focus in on a creating the vision of what you would like to create in your life. We will also set initial actions and intentions to understand where you are right now.
​
Subsequent sessions will check in on how things went, what worked well and what didn’t. And continue to build on the actions and intentions to keep moving you towards your vision.
​
Email and voice note support will also be available between sessions.
​
During the series, we will work together to develop tools and strategies to keep you moving forward, without the safety net of a coach.
​
It is recommended to engage in a six (6) session coaching series, which are held fortnightly. However, one-off consultations will also be available. Each session will be one (1) hour in length.

Why would I choose a one-off consultation?
​
One-off consultations are great if you have a specific issue you would like to work on, you want to have a follow-up after a Workshop or need additional guidance after the end of your coaching series,

For one-off consultations, a questionnaire and connection call will still be completed, to ensure that I am the right coach to address what you need help with.

If you have multiple things in your life you would like to work on, a coaching series would be recommended.

How does coaching differ from Counselling / Therapy?
​
Coaching is about helping you find a way forwards, towards the person you want to be. It is focused on the present and is looking to the future. Coaching helps you to develop an actionable plan to move into the person you want to be.

Counselling / therapy spends more time in the past, working at healing past injuries to help you feel more at peace with your past.

Can I bring my kids?
​
Children are absolutely welcome. Ideally you want to be able to have space to fully explore what you need to, and this may not feel possible with the kids around. But I also know that sometimes it is unavoidable. Feel free to bring some activities for the kids to keep them occupied so you have some space to delve into what you need.
