Tending Grief : Ritual Packages
One-on-one rituals to honour your grief and tend your heart
Grief is a threshold — a place where what was and what will be meet in stillness. These rituals offer a pause, a place to land when words are too small. Here you are companioned at the threshold: no fixing, no rushing, only space to breathe and meet what is true.

How It Feels
Each ritual moves with a rhythm — a rise and fall that mirrors the way grief itself ebbs and flows.

We begin by arriving in the body: grounding breath, gentle release, a candle lit to mark the space. From here, the day opens outward — through colour, shape, or art, softening the edges and preparing the heart for deeper work.

At the centre, we step into the hollow: guided journeys, writing, silence, or reflection. This is where grief is given voice, where memory and longing are allowed to speak.

From this depth, we rise again — through sound, creation, or planting — giving form to what has been carried, shaping a ritual object or act to hold it outside the body.

Finally, we close. A candle extinguished. Threads gathered. A breath to carry forward.

You are not rushed. Each session moves at the pace your grief asks for — witnessed, companioned, and honoured.

Groups
Grief often echoes through more than one life. Sometimes, a loss is shared by family, friends, or a community.
A grief ritual can be a way to draw together - to remember, to honour, and to witness not only your own grief, but the grief in others.

In a group setting, each person’s way of grieving is respected, whether that’s through quiet reflection, hands-on making, or shared moments of expression. Together, we create a space where the collective loss can be acknowledged, and where the love at its heart can be seen.

If you’re interested in arranging a group ritual, please email me directly at mel@intofullbloom.com.au so we can explore what feels right for your group. Once the plan is set, each participant will complete their own Build Your Own Ritual form before the day.

Group bookings are welcome, and discounts are available for larger groups.
If you feel drawn to this work, please complete the Tending Grief - Ritual Request form below.
It gently gathers what you’re carrying, the support you’re drawn to, and any practical needs (location, timing, accessibility).
