Grief is not a problem to be solved — it’s a journey to be honoured. This intimate full-day gathering is for those holding quiet grief, loud grief, or loss that’s hard to name. You’ll be guided through somatic practice, creative ritual, writing, and gentle connection in a deeply supportive space.

About the event
The Shape of Grief is a full-day experience created to honour the many forms grief can take — whether you're mourning a loved one, a chapter of life, a part of yourself, or a loss that feels hard to name.
This gathering offers a gentle, spacious environment where you’ll be supported to connect with your grief through body, creativity, voice, and story.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through:
