Winter asked us to go inward — to rest, to stay quiet, to let things happen where no one could see. If you did that, even messily, even incompletely, you did exactly what winter needed.

Now something is starting to turn. Not loudly. Not all at once. Just a slow lean back toward the light, before summer asks anything more of us.

This circle is a space to sit with that turning — together, gently, without pressure to be anywhere other than where you actually are. We'll settle in with some grounding breath, move a little if your body wants to, and spend time with a simple image: a flower, and what it needs both underground and in the open air to grow. Some of you might still be all soil today. That's allowed. That's the whole page, if it needs to be.
