The Grief of Change
Even when we choose it, change can still stir grief. As walls are stripped back and spaces renewed, we’re reminded that rooms — like hearts — hold everything: the laughter, the tears, the moments we thought we wanted to forget. This reflection explores how the grief of change isn’t a sign something’s wrong, but a way to honour what has lived here, and to soften into what’s still becoming.
